Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all physical orders over $40 within the United States. For orders under $40, shipping is determined based upon the size of the items you have purchased and if you choose to expedite your shipping at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and at least 3-5 business days for delivery within the US.

Business days do not include federal holidays or weekends.

Any orders placed after 5 pm ET may not be processed until the next business day. (e.g. An order placed on Friday at 6 pm ET is not guaranteed to be processed until at least Tuesday Morning)

* Gift cards at electronically shipped and not considered a physical product. Their purchase of one will not be counted towards the $40 free shipping.
Return & Exchange Information
At Thistle Trails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. If you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at info@thistletrails.com. We're here to assist you in any way we can.

Our return policy allows for exchanges initiated within 14 days of purchase for note cards and prints in their original condition. Please contact us at info@thistletrails.com to initiate an exchange.
Please note that we will not offer refunds or returns for original works.

Exchanged items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging, including all cards and envelopes. The items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to Thistle Trail’s inspection. You'll be notified if your items are approved or rejected for a exchange.
Thistle Trails items rejected by Thistle Trails aren't eligible for refunds. You can request that the items are returned to you at your expense within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.

​* If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thistletrails.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if granted) will be made within 10 days of approval using the payment method used to purchase the items. If you have not received the refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the refund is still processing. If you still do not see the refund, please reach out to us at info@thistletrails.com.
